Wedding Design Coordination

We offer day of wedding set-up coordination.  We will contact all the vendors and get a clear picture of what you want your entire design to look like, how you want everything set up, and who does what.  We will arrive on-site before all the other vendors and stay until the design is set-up and perfect.  With this service it alleviates you, your family and your bridal party from running around to facilitate and dictate the proper installation of your wedding.

Wedding Flowers

We are a full-scale professional floral design business.  We can meet any of your floral design desires and ideas.  If you don’t see a picture of what you want in our portfolio, bring in pictures or email them and we can create something very similar to anything you may see that you like.  We can do the full shebang with centerpieces and bridal bouquets and ceremony decorations and all, or we can just do your bridal party flowers and help you with DIY ideas for the rest.

Wedding Rentals

We are currently growing our wedding rental inventory.  We currently rent Et Viola linens, many centerpiece containers, arches, Shepard’s Hooks, Votives and more.  Our inventory is constantly growing so if you are looking for something special to rent, just ask and we will see if we can accommodate your request.  If we can’t, we will help you find someone who can.

Consultations

Come meet us to see if we are a fit.  Every potential bride receive a one hour complimentary consultation.  During this time you will meet with Nikki, the owner and head designer at FluidBloom.  You will go over your event design concepts (don’t worry if you don’t know yet or need help with this), ideas, colors, likes and dislikes and anything else important to your wedding day and together formulate a plan for your wedding flowers.  This time is for YOU.  FluidBloom likes to be a resource for you to get your design and budget needs met.  If we cannot accommodate any of your needs we will help you find the resources to do so.  Don’t be embarrassed if you want a portion of your wedding to be DIY…it’s the thing now and we are completely into it!  We can deliver the whole design, just the flowers, or only parts of your flowers.  See the following links to download our “Ideas Worksheet.”  This will help make our consultation more productive if you come to the table with some creative concepts, or at least a jot down of your color schemes and possible flower order.
